We reserve the right to modify the scope of services based on Client requests and availability.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, via phone, or email.
• Cancellations: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of [insert percentage/amount].
• Late Changes: If the client requests changes to the scope or timing of services on the day of the appointment, we may not guarantee full accommodation of the request.

3. Payment Terms

• Environment: The working environment must be safe for our staff. This includes proper lighting, accessibility, and a safe area to complete the work.

5. Limitations of Liability

Arizona Fantasy Maids is not liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by improper or hazardous conditions in the property.
• Minor wear and tear resulting from the use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Any pre-existing damages or defects in the property.

We will take reasonable care when cleaning and handling all items in the Client’s home.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

Arizona Fantasy Maids is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients’ personal and financial information. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
